Accessibility Issue Reporting

This reporting service provides accessibility testing for digital features, components, templates, or user journeys in active development. We use the same testing orientation as Implementation Spot Checks, but deliver findings in a format designed for technical teams that prefer to evaluate, assign, and resolve accessibility issues directly within their existing development workflow.

Instead of a traditional narrative report, PAC provides an issue log with severity classifications and concise bug-style documentation. Each issue can include the feature or component under review, steps to reproduce the accessibility barrier, the expected accessible result, the actual observed result, relevant environment or testing notes, and any applicable references to WCAG, platform behavior, or access technology behavior.

This service is designed for teams that already have accessibility-aware designers, developers, product owners, or QA staff and want professional testing without detailed remediation recommendations. PAC focuses on identifying and documenting accessibility and usability barriers, including issues related to keyboard access, access technology behavior, focus management, interaction patterns, content structure, error handling, responsive behavior, cognitive load, component consistency, and core user flows.

Testing may include automated tools where appropriate, along with manual evaluation techniques such as keyboard navigation, access technology review, interaction testing, and assessment of structure, semantics, and user flow. Findings are written so they can be mapped directly into project tracking systems such as Jira, GitHub, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.

This approach supports agile development by allowing accessibility findings to move quickly into sprint planning, triage, assignment, and QA. It is especially useful when teams want external accessibility testing while retaining internal ownership of technical solutions and implementation decisions.
