PAC Principal Corey Timpson Delivers Plenary on Inclusive Wayfinding at Canadian Airports Council

PAC Principal Corey Timpson delivered the morning plenary at the Canadian Airports Council convening. More than 30 Canadian airports were represented, alongside the Canadian Transportation Bureau and other key stakeholders. Corey spoke about PAC’s process for inclusive, multimodal way-finding and how Canadian airports can become more welcoming while also reducing friction across services, accommodations, and visitor flow by applying an inclusive design methodology.
