Coaching and Office Hours
Coaching hours or office hours with PAC’s subject matter experts give teams direct access to the strategic, technical, design, and operational expertise needed to turn accessibility and inclusive design from a set of documents into an active practice.
These sessions can be used to contextualize reference documents, work through project-specific questions, support decision-making, and help teams understand how inclusive design applies within their actual constraints, goals, audiences, and workflows. They can stay at a strategic level or go as deep as needed into the details of a particular design challenge, technical implementation, operational process, content decision, procurement question, or edge case.
Rather than offering generic support time, PAC uses coaching or office hours as focused working sessions where teams can bring the issues they are actively facing and work through them with experts who understand the nuances. This may include topic-specific training, review of emerging ideas, discussion of difficult tradeoffs, analysis of implementation options, and guidance on developing internal best practices.
The value of these sessions comes from the combination of depth and applicability. PAC can help teams move from broad principles to the exact decisions that shape whether accessibility and inclusive design actually work in practice. Over time, coaching or office hours build internal fluency, confidence, and accountability, giving organizations a structured space for learning, problem-solving, and alignment across teams.
