Grant Writing Assistance

PAC provides targeted support for clients preparing grant proposals across a wide range of funders, including NSF, IMLS, federal agencies, and private foundations. While we are not grant writers, we work alongside project teams to strengthen the accessibility, inclusion, evaluation, and user-engagement components of their submissions. This includes helping articulate project goals, outcomes, and activities; shaping methodologies grounded in inclusive design; developing realistic timelines and work plans; outlining evaluation strategies; and ensuring budgets accurately reflect the resources needed for accessibility and prototyping work.

We also assist with drafting sections related to community engagement, user research, prototyping sessions with disabled participants, tactile or multisensory components, technology development, and long-term impact. Our role is to help clients position their projects clearly and persuasively within a funder’s priorities while ensuring accessibility and inclusion are integrated throughout the proposal in a substantive, credible way.
