Design Build Reviews

PAC participates in every phase of capital projects as well as remediation and redesign efforts. From early concepting through Concept Design (CD), Schematic Design (SD), Design Development (DD), Construction Documentation (CDs), Construction Administration (CA), and post-opening evaluation, we work closely with clients to ensure their spaces and experiences welcome the widest possible audience. These efforts are most effective when engaged early, allowing inclusive and accessible design principles to be incorporated from the outset rather than retrofitted later.

Our design-build reviews are rigorous and tailored to each project’s scope and goals. The resulting deliverables typically include a comprehensive spreadsheet of recommendations paired with a narrative document that contextualizes findings, explains their impact, and outlines clear next steps. This combination gives project teams both the granular guidance needed for implementation and the strategic framing necessary for decision-making throughout the project lifecycle. We typically pair such deliverables with in-depth calls to review our feedback, iterate on designs, and answer any questions that arise.
